Home Equity Loans

Home Equity Loan Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for up to 15 years based on prior credit performance and ability to repay. Minimum Home Equity Loan amount $10,000, maximum $417,000. No closing costs with qualified appraisal. Acceptable properties only in Harrison, Hancock, Jackson, Pearl River and Stone Counties. Appropriate property insurance required. All or a portion of your interest may be tax deductible; consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility of interest. Home Equity Line of Credit

Actual Home Equity Line of Credit Annual Percentage Rate (APR) may vary and will range between the Prime Lending Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal minus 1.05% and the Prime Lending Rate plus 2.5%. Actual rates are based on prior credit performance and ability to repay. Rates are subject to change and may be adjusted based on Wall Street Journal Prime Rate, not to exceed 18% APR or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is less. The minimum APR charged will be based on the type of HELOC extended. Finance charges begin to accrue on the date you obtain the advance. Minimum HELOC amount of $10,000, maximum $300,000. Wealth Builder

Please refer to the Gulf Coast Community Federal Credit Union Fee Schedule and Product Disclosure for additional fees, rates, and disclosures pertaining to deposit accounts. Members must deposit systematically using payroll deduction, direct deposit, or automatic transfer. Available for members with Gulf Coast Community Federal Credit Union checking accounts. There is a $25 penalty for each withdrawal. Membership fee and eligibility required: You must live, work, worship or attend school in Harrison or Hancock County. This credit union is federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration.

Overdraft Privilege™

We may approve certain transactions that overdraw your account.

An overdraft fee of $30.00 may be charged for each transaction that overdraws your account.

The categories or types of transactions that may overdraw your account include payments, purchases and transfers.

Whether your overdrafts will be paid or not is at our sole discretion and we reserve the right not to pay. For example, we typically do not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing or if you have too many overdrafts.

We reserve the right to require you to repay your overdrafts immediately or on demand.
