We are here for you.
As we continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19, we want you to know that we care about your health and safety. We are taking steps to help minimize the impact of COVID-19 on our members, employees and the communities we serve.
Due to the rise in COVID cases and prevalance of the Delta variant, your credit union requires all individuals to bring and wear face masks inside our lobbies, regardless of vaccination status. If you do not have a mask, we can provide one to you.
Our lobbies and drive thru lanes are open with normal business hours of 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. on Friday in the lobby with drive thrus opening at 8:00 a.m. on Friday.
Keeping both our members and employees safe is our highest priority and we will continue to monitor the CDC guidelines as they are updated.
If you have any questions, please call our Call Center, available from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 228-539-7029, Option 2.
For your lending needs, please email us at [email protected] or call 228-539-7029, Option 3. If you have questions or issues with an existing loan, please contact our Member Solutions Department at 228-539-7029, Option 6 or [email protected].
- If you cannot utilize the drive thru and must come into the branch, hand sanitizer is available at each teller station and loan office for our members. If you do not have a mask, we can provide one to you.
- Gulf Coast Community Federal Credit Union has hired a professional cleaning service to completely clean and sanitize all branches four times each week.
- We are monitoring the spread of the virus at the local & national levels and are following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
As we continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19, we wanted to share ways we can help minimize the impact of COVID-19 on our members, employees and the communities we serve. And, if you have been financially impacted by the Coronavirus outbreak, we encourage you to call us to see how our Hardship Assistance Program can benefit you. This Program has many solutions, including payment reduction relief and payment deferments for our consumer and mortgage loans.
