As we continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19, we want you to know that we care about your health and safety. We are taking steps to help minimize the impact of COVID-19 on our members, employees and the communities we serve.

 

Our lobbies and drive thru lanes are open with normal business hours of 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. on Friday in the lobby with drive thrus opening at 8:00 a.m. on Friday.  We are requiring members and non-members to bring and wear a face mask in order to enter the branch lobbies.

Keeping both our members and employees safe is our highest priority.

  • If you cannot utilize the drive thru and must come into the branch, hand sanitizer is available at each teller station and loan office for our members.  Masks will be required to enter the branch lobbies.
  • Gulf Coast Community Federal Credit Union has hired a professional cleaning service to completely clean and sanitize all branches four times each week.
  • We are monitoring the spread of the virus at the local & national levels and are following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

As we continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19, we wanted to share ways we can help minimize the impact of COVID-19 on our members, employees and the communities we serve.  And, if you have been financially impacted by the Coronavirus outbreak, we encourage you to call us to see how our Hardship Assistance Program can benefit you.  This Program has many solutions, including payment reduction relief and payment deferments for our consumer and mortgage loans.

Remain connected to your accounts 24/7 online, in the mobile app, and by phone. Pick the most convenient at-home banking option for you to check your balance, pay a bill, or transfer and send money. You can also deposit checks via the mobile app, starting June 30th.

Annual Meeting Postponed

Per CDC recommendations regarding the risks associated with large gatherings, we have postponed the Gulf Coast Community Federal Credit Union 2020 Annual Meeting, which was scheduled for March 17th.  Since the Board members who were up for election were unopposed, we will reschedule after the crisis is behind us.
